Eduardo E. Fernández was born the 18th of October 1996 in Caracas, Venezuela. He attended The British School of Caracas from Pre-School until freshman year when he switched into a Venezuelan private high-school (Colegio Integral El Ávila). After graduating in the summer of 2014, he moved to the USA and completed a Post-Graduate year at the Cambridge School of Weston. Following his completion of this PG in 2015, he got accepted into Champlain College and is currently completing a Bachelors degree in Game Production Management.
During these years in the USA he’s managed to develop key skills in large project development and has become a Certified ScrumMaster® . Working with over 5 teams, with the number of members per team ranging from 3 to 11, his strengths in these projects have always strived to accomplish success. By making sure the entire team understands and uses Agile and SAFe processes, as Scrum Master, he ultimately: make sure the team meets their delivery goals, helps remove impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
